Creating the online presence for a new wedding venue and driving increased enquiries.

Objective

To create the online presence for a new wedding venue in the Bedfordshire region, inform potential couples with readily available information and increase the number of appointments booked online.

Approach

The website follows a simple structure, allowing users to focus on getting to the information they need, quickly.

The client came to us with a bank of beautiful photography, captured at the venue which showcased the grounds and some of the couples. It was important to make the site immersive and really show the different areas of the venue to bring it to life emotionally whilst maintaining its informative function.

The process with the client was very collaborative, they would sometimes join us in the studio and work alongside the designer or brief through Zoom calls and screen sharing.

We have created a website that is responsive and allows for continual improvement & growth. A prime example of this during the Covid-19 Pandemic has been to add a virtual viewing of the venue powered by a 3D system called Matterport.

Results

Visually, the new website reflects the premium nature of Country Barn Venue. It shows off high-quality multimedia content, making the site vibrant and exciting to navigate. The websites’ improved UX means the site is a pleasure for couples to browse, collate inspiration for their wedding, and find the perfect venue for their big day.
