Objective

Being a full service agency for the client’s conference needs. Everything from digital advertising campaigns to stage designs.

Approach

We link up early to collaboratively draw up a brief so we have a complete view of what will be needed and when, this allows us to hit every physical print deadline as well as giving us the advantage of being as strategic as possible with the digital campaigns.

Our Solution

Organisation is key when you’re working on live events so it’s a case of our project managers working closely with the ATI to keep everything moving smoothly and on time. For a standard conference our responsibility will be on all digital assets in the lead up to the event, all the design of printed collateral and display solutions for the event, and any videography that the client needs on the day. We’re on hand before, during, and after the event to support the client as we’re fully aware of how stressful and time-consuming it can be for them.

Results

The consistent increase in attendees and a massive increase in engagements across social channels around the events over the years has helped the ATI reach new and exciting collaborators and researchers. Everything we do aids the ATI in positioning themselves as thought leaders and all-round important members of the aerospace community.                                                                                                                                                                COVID put a stop to the planned events for 2020 but we’ve helped grow the audience consistently over the years, from 2017 to 2019 so far, and with new digital exhibition options available the sky’s the limit for 2021.
